As the Administrative Operations & Compliance Specialist at 3 Percent Realty Atlantic, she has been an integral part of the brokerage, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while supporting the brokerage and its REALTORS® with professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
Nicole specializes in office administration, transaction coordination, and regulatory compliance, helping create a seamless experience for both REALTORS® and clients throughout the buying and selling process. Known for her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, she takes pride in providing reliable support that contributes to the brokerage's success.
Committed to professional growth, Nicole has earned her REBI (Real Estate Business Institute) Real Estate Professional Assistant Certificate and is also certified in Workplace First Aid, serving as the company's designated first aider. She is passionate about continuous learning and staying current with industry best practices, allowing her to provide the highest level of support to the team.
Outside of work, Nicole is happily married to her husband, Brad, and they share their home with their three beloved cats. She also volunteers as the Fundraising Coordinator for CARMA Cat Rescue Moncton Chapter, where she uses her administrative, marketing, and event planning skills to organize fundraising initiatives that support homeless and feral cats throughout the Greater Moncton area.
